I can't believe another week has gone by! So much has happened and I have some good news.... we are finally out of isolation!!!!!! Well...at least kind of. We can now start having member dinners and in person lessons. We are still not allowed to go out tracting or any kind of cold contacting. Everything we do in person has to be scheduled beforehand so the people are okay with it. But that is a huge improvement!
So, this week we had a lesson with Caroll. It went so well. Caroll had lots of questions about the Plan of Salvation and we were able to answer every one. She said we could come back again! Afterwards she told us that she could tell we were speaking with God on our side. I almost couldn't believe it! A week ago she said that she loves us but could not believe it. This week she told us she has a lot to think and pray about because it makes more sense to her than it ever has before!
The next day we were doing some finding on Facebook and I ran across a post from a woman in Texas. She posted about how confused she was and needing some answers. I reached out to her and we set up a time to talk! So we have a lesson this week!!
We also got to do a lot of service this week. We went to Caldwell and helped in the church orchards again. Turns out they have 400 acres of trees out there!!! That's a lot of thinnining to do! We also helped a lady who had a mouse infestation clean out her house and that was quite fun as you can imagine. It was well needed!
And to end with the best.... I got to Zoom call into Kristina's baptism on Saturday!!! It was so wonderful and her testimony almost made me cry. I am so privileged to have been able to teach her on my mission!
I am loving Parma! It is much different than what I am used to but I know it's where I need to be. I love you all!!
